Ola wins again.
After winning the Good Design Award, Ola has recently won even the Red Dot Design Award.
The furniture industry community, which is constantly searching for the most creative and original project proposals worldwide, has praised Ola, which has proven to be one of the most interesting and inspiring projects in recent years.
Ola was created and developed by Mario Mazzer.

Martex Office, with the executive desk Ola, won the Good Design Awards 2009 in the “furniture” section. Ola is a project by Mario Mazzer which is characterized by a high symbolic content: the base, the ellipsoidal shape, contains, holds and protects the energy of its inhabitants. The plan, which is also curved stretches towards the guest and defines spaces and the role of broadcasting reception and facilitating relationships. The design of the table just enough to furnish any space. For the office were studied appropriate electrification systems that allow, with extreme ease, both wiring structural comfortable plug-in. For the home the round dining table has always expressed extreme friendliness and facilitates the success of any moment of daily life. Ola designed by Mario Mazzer and Zed designed by Marco Fumagalli compete for the Compasso d’Oro ADI Award, the most authoritative European award for industrial design and the highest award for the project, the product, the research and merit.
The two Martex products were chosen for their original design, for the research of new materials and new forms in the office furniture world.
08/05/2009 | Zed wins the IDOT contest
Zed, designed by Marco Fumagalli has been selected by IDOT as one of the most representative products of Italian design.
Zed, the new executive desk is characterized by a strong and distinctive sign, represented by the laser machined steel leg. It will be the subject of two prestigious exhibitions in New York in September / October 2009 and Ahmedabad (India) in March 2010.
